Raw strategy notes from real engagements. Half-built frameworks that ended up running full client projects. The personal context behind why I write what I write. The things I notice about positioning, reinvention, and the business of being misread that do not fit neatly into a LinkedIn post.
Specific. Honest. Not performing expertise for an audience. Actually sharing the work with people who want to see inside it.
No algorithm decides what gets published here. No engagement rate tells me what to write. I write what I think is worth writing, and the people who want that kind of access know where to find it.
